Very large portions! Well worth the drive. The star of the 7 piece salmon sushi. Those pieces of salmon were tender and fresh, no one in my group was able to finish all 7 pieces in one sitting. The sexy roll was tuna on top of a spicy tuna roll. It was very sriracha-y. I typically don't like spicy tuna/salmon rolls because it's all minced up but it was one of the few options I saw that had whole pieces of bluefin tuna on top which made it okay. The lady working was so sweet, you can definitely call and order ahead or order in store. Only a pick up spot as there's no seating inside.

Sushi Blue is takeout only. You ring the bell at the counter for service. My order took about 20 mins, and I was shocked at how heavy my bag was! The portions are definitely large, so the price is worth it. The quality and taste of the fish is so good. I need a nap after this meal.

I found this spot off Instagram and had to try these gigantic sized nigiri. They are takeout only so you walk up to a tiny little space and order, and then wait for it to be ready. We waited around 15 minutes or so which wasn't bad and then just ended up eating in the car. I got the 7 piece classic salmon nigiri and my friend got the spicy seared one. The reviews aren't joking - these are MASSIVE. As soon as I picked up the bag I could feel how hefty these were. One portion is more than enough food. Not only that, it's not like they're only adding rice either. The salmon pieces are so ridiculously thick too. I'm not gonna lie, while the first piece was good the size of this sushi did start to give me the slightest ick. I think I prefer regular sized nigiri, but if I were to get this again I'd go for the seared so it wasn't so much raw fish at once. Nonetheless, the quality is great - rice well seasoned, fish fresh and buttery. Definitely still worth a try!

A good and value spot to satisfy a sushi craving - the portions are massive and filling with a good rice-to-fish ratio. The restaurant consists of a take-out stall where you place your order and pay. It is best to order ahead of time for pick up because there is no waiting area. It is within a plaza, so you have places to explore while waiting for your order. My favorite is the salmon nigiri platter which has thick slices of salmon on top of rice seasoned with soy sauce. I was not a fan of the tuna texture, but I found the salmon to be incredibly melt-in-your-mouth. Would go back again to order the salmon nigiri.

Dang those sushi pieces were fatty! Is it the best sushi you've ever had? probably not..but if you're in the area and looking for good value, I'd stop by here. It's takeout only, so there's only a counter where you order and pay, and not really a place to wait. I got the house special to share with a friend and it was extremely filling. We had extra leftover still. It took about 20 minutes after ordering. I thinking calling in advance to order is the way to go. The two rolls tasted pretty similar tbh, but I'd still go again.

I got takeout from here after seeing how huge the sushi was on TikTok and I have to say these really were big. I drove up, ordered the 7 piece salmon sushi and also the tuna bowl and it took about 10min for my order to be ready. The spot seems to be a takeout only spot and it was cold out so I just waited in my car and there was plenty of parking. The sushi was giant and usually I don't get full from sushi but halfway through I was too full and couldn't finish it all! Overall, decent place!

Sushi Blue is hands down my favorite sushi restaurant. I saw a couple of tiktoks from a girl raving about how they have the best salmon nigiri and that the portions were humongous. Oh girl was she right haha. They are currently only accepting to go orders and are not doing indoor dining at the moment. So place a call to go in advance or order there while waiting in the plaza. I ordered the 7 piece salmon nigiri, along with the house combo a! The salmon nigiri were huge and delicious! The house combo a came with two types of seared rolls (salmon and tuna), a couple of ebi and unagi don. Everything was well proportioned, so I felt like I got my moneys worth!

MUST TRY SUSHI RESTAURANT. Heads up, it's currently only take out for some reason. We got their house A combo and their 7 piece salmon sushi. Let me tell you. Their sushi is BIG and FRESH. Definitely one of the best sushi I've had. Not only is the quality good and big, the price is very fair. My favorite were the 7 piece salmon sushi which were $17. Highly recommend. The service was good. It took about 30 mins for them to make our sushi. It took bit of time but for the amount and quality we received, it was worth it. We couldn't get an assessment of the ambiance because they blocked and covered off most of the restaurant. They may be under some type of reconstruction. Overall, amazing sushi restaurant. I'm definitely coming back here!

HUGE sushi. When I say huge I mean it is massive. The rolls are basically the size of a sushi burrito and the nigiri feels like the size of two pieces at another sushi place. Very reasonable pricing too. I think this is probably one of the best deals for sushi up North. They give you so much fish. The roll is packed with fish on the inside (it is lacking any fish on the outside since the roll is so big). The fish for the nigiri is sliced so large and thick. The downside is that you probably have to take multiple bites for each piece, causing them to fall apart and be a bit messy to eat. They also give more rice than I personally prefer for sushi. The quality of the fish is also pretty good as well. It tastes super fresh and is not fishy at all. The salmon is my favorite. I think the nigiri or bowls are the best in terms of quality and price. It is take out only. The lady who takes all of the orders is super sweet! She brings your meal out to your car when it's ready. I will continue to come here and support their business :)
